It’s not the best hitch plug I’ve ever seen, but it was also relatively inexpensive. I guess the only thing I felt was a little lacking was the printing was not “sharp”..just a bit hazy. Other than that, it’s durable, functional, and “tells the story”. And from a distance, the lack of sharpness isn’t really noticeable. It’s still on my truck.

Is cost effective, unit is plastic. The lettering isn’t crisp but from a distance not noticeable. When installed into the receiver, the plug sticks out some 1 and 1/2 inches making it prone to breakage. Pulled the pin, set the plug all the way in, marked where the hole should be. Used my drill press to establish a new hole. Works fine now. This is still a good purchase.

This product worked out well for me in that I was looking for something to cover the trailer hitch plug opening for my truck. Easy to install although I needed to add the hitch pin to keep it in place ($4.68 – Amazon Prime).As noted in other reviews the lettering is slightly “blurred” but is only noticeable close up. From a car length behind it’s quite readable.The product is made of plastic so it probably won’t survive any type of impact but for the price it works fine for me.
