Good quality idler, my only beef would be it should have instructions on which side to put the spacer on. Because Toyota uses a custom bearing these all come with a spacer to use the smaller OE bolt with a standard bearing. I chose to install the spacer on the inside of the pulley, which worked out fine. I’m not sure if it would even work on the outside due to the large washer that is there. Regardless they worked and worked well.

Perfect replacement fit for a 2005 Toyota Avalon. Works well and as expected. Highly recommended.

These fit our 2008 Lexus RX350 which requires 2 pulleys and a tensioner. This pulley is a tad wider than the OEM ones and the 10mm spacer was a bit of a pain to keep in place due to the cramped space you have to work in between the engine and wheel well. As some others have posted this will NOT work on the tensioner. For the tensioner pulley I purchased two 6203 bearings and had a machine shop press them into the original pulley which ended up costing about $60. In hindsight I could have avoided the hassle had I just bought the tensioner assembly for $70+ on Amazon.

Pulley perfect and looks like new, but there wasn’t 10mm bushing in the box (i bought a used pulley $27.07)
