I have ordered two of these through Amazon. The first was a pedal kit on May 21, 2016. I installed it, it looked and functioned great. It eventually failed and gave a throttle position sensor error. I re-installed the original stock pedal. I eventually ordered this one on April 29, 2018. It failed on February 21, 2018. The same error! Again the error was fixed by re-installing the original pedal. The pedal came in what appears to be OEM boxes from AC Delco. I have no reason to believe that they are not authentic. This is for my wife’s daily driver – 2014 Camaro. The fit and finish is great… But having a car that cannot drive over 30mph because it is in reduced power mode because of faulty pedal???? Makes me wonder if Amazon is selling a refurbished part.
