Details
- #45 Steel Material: This cylinder liner puller is made of #45 steel which has good corrosion and wear resistance, so it is more durable and can be used for a long time.
- Adjustable Cylinder Diameter: There is a screw at the bottom of the cylinder liner puller used to adjust the cylinder diameter, so you can adjust it according to your own needs.
Application
It is used for the disassembly of the internal combustion engine and cylinder liner. It is suitable for any model with the inner diameter of the cylinder liner between 80-135mm.
How to Use
1. According to the model you need to disassemble, choose the pull plate and connecting rod (the connecting rod is divided into two lengths).
2. Connect the connecting rod with the cylinder lifter, the steering knuckle and the pull plate.
3. Twist the steering knuckle of the cylinder puller to a right angle with the connecting rod. The straight side of the pull plate is parallel to the connecting rod and passes through the cylinder liner so that the small diameter of the pull plate is locked into the inner diameter of the cylinder liner.
4. Sleeve the two support tubes onto the diagonal cylinder head screws.
5. Pass the beam of the cylinder puller into the slideway of the lifting gear, and put both ends of the beam into the groove of the support tube.
6. Screw the hydraulic assembly into the lifting gear (pay attention to the center hole on the beam) and tighten it.
7. Check whether the pull plate, beam and support tube are accurately positioned.
8. Transport the small plug of the hydraulic assembly with a pressure rod, and the cylinder sleeve can be pulled out smoothly.
