Opened the box to find a hole.bwtween the turbo mount flange and the runners

I’ve gotten 3 now all have bent flanges totally unusable the first one I had fit ok but the welds broke with just 3 months of use. I now have to totally redo my hot and cold side. The car is stuck on my lift can’t even get them on the phone.
