    what needs to be said. Heats the copper up really well and melts my silver. I sometimes use on smaller sized copper as well to heat it up quickly. Some of the guys at work use this for all their brazing except of course for larger sized pipes.

    Be careful with this tip. It cannot be used to solder small pipe or used with the flame setting low, otherwise it burns the tip itself. This tip is designed for bigger diameter pipe and used at full flame.
