Used this kit to repair my Sierra Sport Toyhauler fuel station. My problem was I kept blowing fuses when I would attempt to use the gas station. Apparently the gears swell, and cause the system to bind up. I recommend that every trip, you use the gas station just to keep everything moving. Don’t know if it is an issue with the additives in fuel these days, the minimal use, or the gear material, but our group had three fuel stations stop working on our first trip of the season. On my pump, you had to remove four bolts, replace the gears/gasket, and tighten back up. Really easy repair. Save some cash instead of paying out to your RV dealer. Be safe and don’s smoke in the area, use precaution as you are dealing with fuel. (Fire Extinguisher ready)

Worked as advertised. Didn’t even have to remove the pump to replace the gears. Job took less than 15 min including cleaning the cover etc. “Frozen” pump now works fine again

Worked great on my toy hauler I had a discontinued fuel pump PBL Model FB12 & this Graco fuel pump gear replacement kit worked perfect.

Gears were perfect but the o-ring was an 8th too long. I made it work but it was a pain! I used copper coat to get it to stick in the groove. It really was a pain but worked with no leaks.

The gears supplied with this kit work great including the keeper key. The O ring is useless. It is too long and way to thin for the groove in the gear cover plate. Go to NAPA and buy part #: 727-2239, a 1/8″ thick by 3 5/8″ inside diameter 3 7/8″ outside diameter o ring. Fits the groove perfectly.

I figured I’d just replace the pump, but did some research and found out the swelled gears was the issue. The gears replacement was an easy install. The part that took the longest was just cleaning up the surfaces of the pump and cover, to reinstall. Pump is working great again.
