Battery Lifespan: 4-6 Years
Operating Temperature: -40°C to +125°C
Pressure Monitoring Range: 0 to 800 kPa
Pressure Reading Accuracy: ±10 kPa
Working Miles: 24000 Miles
Light Weighted: 11g
CLICK-IN & PRESS-OUT
The exclusive Autel MX-Sensor is patented with press-release valve design, allowing rubber and metal sensor valves to freely interchange by hand, without requiring a tool for sensor head fitting.
1. Loosening the tire: Remove the valve cap and core and deflate the tire. Use the bead loosener to unseat the tire bead.
2. Dismounting the tire: Clamp the tire onto the tire changer, and adjust the valve at 1 o’clock relative to the tire separation head. Insert the tire tool and lift the tire bead onto the mounting head to dismount the bead.
3. Dismounting the sensor: Remove the cap, screw nut, and washer from the valve stem, and then remove the sensor assembly from the rim.
4. Mounting sensor and valve: Firmly connect the valve stem and the sensor body. Remove the cap, screw nut, and washer from the valve stem one by one. Slide the valve stem through the valve hole of the rim with the sensor on the inside of the rim, assemble the two parts back on the stem in the order of washer, screw nut.Tighten the screw nut with 4.0N·m with the help of the fixed rod, then assemble the cap back on the stem.
5. Mounting the tire: Place the tire on the rim, make sure that the valve faces the separation head at an angle of 180. Mount the tire over the rim.

Initially I checked each sensor and pre-programmed it with the TS508WF. Had the TPMS light on after tire installation. Thought I could just drive a few miles and the ecu would register/pick it up.I had to update the Autel TS508WF, connect and use the OBD Re-learn function and it was all good after that. Pretty simple, but ecu has to be re-written for the Toyota 4runner. Didn’t try to clone IDs, might have worked that way also.

They connected and were programmed really fast. They fit perfect and the sensors were programmed quickly. I hope the battery last a long time. I’ve put these in my 2nd set of aftermarket wheels for my ’08 Lexus GS350. Easy to program with tech stream!

I have used the Autel MX sensors on three vehicles so far and they have worked flawlessly. Using the Autel TS508, I copied the sensor numbers from the vehicle computer module and the tool programs each sensor to the exact serial number of the sensors I am replacing. After installing in the tires and setting the air pressure, the vehicle recognizes the new sensors and after a short test drive, the dash light goes out.

Works great. Very happy with it

I’m a DIY type and would rather buy a tool than pay someone to do it for me. I’ve owned an Autel TPMS tool for several years and it’s great for checking air and getting the pressure equalized on all four wheels. Having the tool makes it easy to program these MX sensors for replacement on my 8 year old truck. Works great with my F150.
The Real Deal –
Problem: TPMS warning light (yellow) turned on after having regular balance and rotation maintenance of tires performed.Solution: Purchased the Autel TS508WF tool to diagnose first the existing sensors, determining that 1 of 4 of the TPMS units was not communicating with the vehicle, likely that the battery had died (or that the sensor was damaged during the recent maintenance activity). Used these new Autel MX sensors to replace all 4 of the TPMS units in a 2017 Lexus RX350. Upon receipt, used the Autel TS508WF tool to program these 4 new sensors before having them installed during next regular balance and rotation maintenance activity. After returning home, ensured all 4 tires were inflated to OEM pressure specifications given on driver’s side door placard, and then used the programming tool to perform OBD re-learn procedure with ECU of the vehicle per provided Autel instructions. Subsequently, drove vehicle over 20 miles to ensure no issues; the vehicle recognized the sensors immediately after restart of the engine, and the TPMS warning light hasn’t turned back on since – all tire pressures are showing accurately on the driver’s console. Success! And now I can do similar for the next TPMS failure in one of our vehicles…

Tried many times will loose air

Programmed and installed 4 of these in my 2008 CRV. No issues and hoping I will get 5+ years on the batteries. I went with cheapos my first time and the cheap ones lasted a little over a month. So far these have been perfect and hope to update if/when they go bad.
