TucsonTNR –
I ended up not using this color, but I have used the same paint in black to restore an old and rusted Singer 221. I completely stripped the old paint and repainted the machine using this in gloss black. According to the instructions I was following, this paint is closet to the original paint used which was called “Japan Black.” It is so high quality, I couldn’t tell the difference after three light coats and a sealer coat to protect the new decals.
