Exact replacement, perfect fit, and easy install on my 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. Works perfectly. It’s nice to have all the button lights working again.

Arrived quickly, but when I opened the Amazon box the GM retail box tape seal was not sealed as new (I should have taken a picture of that). Opened the box and there was no clear tape over the two LCD display screens. I could see it was likely not a new part and returned back to RockAuto. It looked good, but these always have protected cover over the LCD screens. I should have at that point just retunred it because of risk of it not being new. But I installed it anyway and one of the white back lights was out, it was the AC button. This is the reason I was replacing mine as the white back light was out on other buttons. I was not happy that RockAuto sent out a returned part that was broken and not a new sealed box. I am guessing someone returned their broken one they replaced and got a refund as if they did not use it (dishonest person). But RockAuto must have trusted that it was a good part and resold it, well it was NOT a good part. So I return it and it took a week to process the refund after they received it. My money is back on my card, so that is good. But as mentioned if I knew it was RockAuto, I would have just bought it from them, it actually would have been about $4 cheaper. To be clear, the seller was not listed as RockAuto when I bought it, was showing as Autoplicity. They also raised the price after I bought it by $10 and now it shows the seller as RockAuto. I ended up just buying it from Summit Racing as they have a good policy on returns and I can just drive there to get it and return it.

My ac panel randomly went out on my 2018 Silverado. Air was still blowing at the same temp and fan speed as it was prior to my panel going out. Checked fuses and all looked good.Knowing that bringing it to a dealer or mechanic it would cost me hundreds of dollars, I ordered this panel and hoped that it would be the fix. I quickly swapped it out and fortunately now everything works as it should.

Would buy again.
