Although I didn’t install it myself, I hired a mobile RV repair company to do the job. Despite the installation process being time-consuming due to the complex plumbing system in my motorcoach, the end result was definitely worth the effort.The Thetford pump now makes dumping the tanks a breeze and significantly speeds up the process of emptying both the black and grey tanks. Quality was good ,fit was perfect

The macerator (same make and model) that came with our 2022 Newmar Dutchstar started making a bad noise – I was assuming it would be failing soon. Needed to get another one ordered and have on stand by. This one was the least expensive one I could find – looked awhile.When I replaced our pump – I just removed the pump from this one installed in our MH – did not use the housing. Took me a day or so of messing around – some of the internal screws were very difficult to get out of our original – but the swap was not too bad, a bit messy with the black water – but after I cracked it open I used a hose to wash out any remaining poo! I would recommend giving this swap a try – it wasn’t the easiest but if you’re somewhat handy and cheap like me – you can do it.
