Multi-Pro/Multi-Flex Tailgate storage box creates a space for tie down straps, hitch pins, or other accessories. This compartment fits in the manufactured holes in the inside of the Multi-Pro tailgate. Each box comes with a lid that snaps in and out so you can access what is inside. The “Inner Boxes” will fit in all of the holes in the tailgate. The middle two holes have wires and connectors that may need to be moved before install. The “Outer Boxes” only fit in the outer holes as it extends about two inches to one side. These products are produced through 3D printing. They may have small defects from the printing process. Only install when the product is warm.

So tight. It took a rubber mallet to get them seated! Now that’s some accurate 3d printing.

They are nice and good quality. Only issue is they are a pain in the butt to open with out a tool to try it open which is not very convenient when you’re trying to get stuff out of there to have to carry something with you to open them most likely will be returning them.**Update seller sent out new lid design and man it works great!!!***

Perfect snug fit for the dead space within the multi-use gate. I’m able to keep a tie-down in each.Could also fit a small tool pouch. It is larger than the opening as it wraps underneath the metal of the gate. The lid is tight so have something available to pry open.

Lid was broken as I tried to open it. Tried to contact seller but they are using Amazon and it won’t let you ask for a replacement .

Plastic is cheap and not as good of quality plastic as the covers that came on the truck. The inserts were easy to install, however as I was putting the covers in, which takes a little bit off effort but not too much, one of them cracked halfway through showing how cheap the plastic is. The covers that come with the truck are ver tight fits and didn’t crack, which of course can’t be used with the inserts. The broken one is still usable, but if I don’t remember the one that is cracked when taking it off, it will certainly break all the way through at some point.The 3 star is for how easy they are to install and how well the fill in the space for the smaller items that you can store in there. But due to the cheap quality is what keeps these from being a 5 star rating.
