Very easy to install Memphis Shades on my 2008 Buell XB12XT using this kit.Shades virtually eliminated wind buffet on my lower body and face.

Not exactly a easy fit as the soft metal notched bracket couldn’t get a secure grip. Before even the first ride one bracket fell off due to poor grip. After replacing on the fork it has been holding, even on a short 1600 mile Yosemite road trip. Some anxiety makes me keep checking the brackets during rides. Kind of ugly though.

IF you are looking for lowers for your Indian Challenger, these fit. I even added some thin form insulation to prevent scarring on my forks. So far, they mounted well and look good. I will test them tomorrow and see if there is a difference with up draft from the faring. MEM-9890 matched with MEM 5811 Lowers. they look good anyway and appear to not cause any interference with the operation of the front forks.

Be careful installing, don’t scratch the forks. Must be on the last groove to fit, no more buffeting for me

This bracket is too small for a VTX 1800 unfortunately I did not try to install soon enough and I cannot return. They do not want to take anything back open, but it does not fit ,called them have not heard back from them.
