Facet Dura-Lift pumps are designed to be able to draw fuel from much farther down than standard Facet pumps. The very high vertical lift capability makes them ideal for feeding a high-pressure pump when the tank is located more than two to three feet below the main pump. This particular pump has a minimum dry lift capability of 120 inches. It can deliver up to 33 gallons per hour (free flow) or 4 – 7 psi (no flow). A typical application might flow 20 GPH at 3 psi. Pump measures 8″ tall overall x 3 1/4″ OD (main body). A 2-bolt mounting flange is molded into the black nylon body. The large-capacity 80 micron screen intake filter is easily removed for cleaning. The clear sight bowl lets you keep track of the filter condition and spot any sediment in your fuel. 1/8 NPT female inlet and outlet ports. 12 volts DC. A 2-pin (shroud) Weather Pack connector is already installed on the wiring harness. Don’t waste your time with those cheap lift pumps. Most have a 12″ lift. There is at least 12″s in a tank with the pick up so that doesn’t leave any lift inches left for hose to the pump. This one has 120″s of lift. Spend the money. You’ll thank me later.

It was money well spent it’s super quiet not like the Holley pump I took off you could hear it a mile off lol

Will see how it holds up. I used this on my tractor when upgraded the fuel filtration system on my diesel engine.

I put this in place of my stock mechanical pump because the stock one couldn’t keep up with the waste motor oil mixed fuel. This thing pumps diesel, motor oil, and transmission fluid no problem and keeps proper pressure for my old diesel.

I’ve purchased “self-priming” pumps in the past that weren’t really very self priming at all. When this one claimed 120″ of lift I was skeptical. I wasn’t able to rig a test for the full 10′ of lift without going to a lot of extra trouble, so I settled for 7′, which was ok because I really only needed 2′ and I was willing to consider the test successful if it would pull 5′. I secured the pump to the top of a step ladder, gas can on the ground, and started the pump. In a matter of seconds I could see fuel filling the clear filter globe. It pulled the fuel up with such authority I have no doubt the other 36″. Mission successful.I hope this helps others to buy with confidence.

My only complaint is that they didn’t include a matching connector … would have made for a cleaner installation.Ran this in a 7.3 IDI diesel F250. Get rid of the mechanical pump and use a block off plate for a ford big block they have the same cut-out. Couple feet of fuel hose and 2 brass barb connectors. Easy set-up and no more fear with fuel drain or having to manually bleed when performing repairs.
