Fuel pump works great! I tried 2 different less expensive off brand fuel pumps and both were junk. One wouldn’t pump the fuel and one leaked fuel into the crank case. Don’t waste your time or possibly damage your engine just get a Kohler brand and be done with it.

Appears to be working just fine! I did watch a youtube video where someone said “make sure to add some oil” so you don’t run it dry. It’s more of a hassle removing all the cooling tins around the engine than it is changing the fuel pump. Do recommend replacing all your fuel lines and cleaning the carb while you are at it.

Took about 1 hour to remove shrouds to install on Kohler M20. Seems to work fine.

Direct fit replacement for the fuel pump on my 1985 Bolens with the KT17 Kohler. Snap ring that’s included is to be used as a tool to install the different hose adapters. I was very curious about this before I opened it up and read the instructions.
