Step 1
- Find a position that’s right for the fender, Mount your tube, but don’t tighten it down.
Step 2
- Located a good place for the hangers, mark the hole position on the fenders.
Step 3
- Drilled holes through the top of the fender, using the hanger as a guide.
Step 4
- Secure the fender to the hangers. Push the bolt through the washer. Tighten all down.
