OEM gears are black Lh and white Rh. Be sure to see the very small stamp L and R on the replacement black gears. Solved my issue. Took 3 hours for the first one and less time for the second. You will need 3/16 dia pop rivets. Put your top down but leave the trunk tilted backwards for best access.
