Remember back in the day when you bought something and it all went well. The metal chrome was HEAVY smooth chrome? This is it ! Everything about this is Heavy duty. The finish on the hitch itself is showroom quality. Almost afraid to use it because it looks soooooo good.I won’t need to buy another one unless this one gets stolen. But I also bought the locking pin. If you’re tired of buying junk made who knows where and want the real stuff this is it. NO I’m not the seller and NO I did not get paid for this. I’m just excited about FINALLY getting something Heavy Duty that’s going to last for ever…

A thanks to Rigid Hitch Inc. for the answer to my inquiry about using this “add on” for towing pintle-lunette. Not only did they save me $ for another slide in but now I can use the same hitch for at least one more towing option. This eliminates the need for five different accessories rattling around in the tool box. This is no light piece of tin but well built steel 3/4″ thick that should hold up to anything I throw at it. Removing the top pin allows a lunette eye (large military shackle used for pic) to be attached. And I’m sure it will work as well for stated purpose (tow bar). Way to go B&W for making my life (and trailer-tow strap hook up) a little easier.

The chrome on it is a nice touch. The pins slide in nicely, and the hitch is tight, not a lot of rattling. Expensive, but so far it is worth every penny.

This works great for me, I pull floats for Mardi Gras and this allows me to swap between a ball and open hitch without changing hitches!
