Carb is junk pw50 run like crap air box is good everything is different but bowl and float .jets have different threads needle is shaped different so you will not get wot or a good idle so if u hoping to use as parts to rebuild oem carb just know bowl and float only thing that’s same. Threads are different in jets idle screw and air mix screw also different shape than oem carb.

Replaced stock carb and air box as a direct fit .. some wat pre adjusted fired right up with new gas .. adjusted idle and away it went.

From the moment installed this carb won’t stop pissing a steady flow of gasoline. Had to completely remove it from the bike. Now need to find another one.

Stock is best, I put it on a 2001 pw50 doesn’t work super great, couldn’t get it to stop being full throttle all of the time and adjust it right. Bought OEM, ran perfect first start.
