For years I suffered with batteries that would barely turn over my 20031600cc Roadstar twin cylinder. I always had trickle charges for them but the CCA didn’t hold up. The DEKA high CCA is a must for larger bikes, it just does the job it should. THE BAD NEWS is the second time one I purchased and installed in my 2012 Yamaha Royal Star Venture failed within 6 months and won’t hold a charge.

I’m a Deka fan now, as my previous Yuasa lasted less than a year, and the new Yuasa replacement I recently ordered was dead and wouldn’t hold a charge. My Deka arrived fully charged and worked perfect. I’ll keep it on a trickle charge between rides.
