I came w/ frame bent. I hand to work on it. Poor packaging but we love the window. If I wasn’t a good carpenter, it would have been sent back. Lucky for us, I am.

They don’t slide smoothly, dont seal up well, and dont latch easily. I plan to scrap them and purchase a different window.

It says in the suggested items that you need a tube of caulk. This is not needed and is not returnable. The window came without screws to attach. You will have to use your old screws or buy new ones. These screws have a square drive be sure not to damage the old screws, great replacement window works just as the old one.
