First impression was good, looks like OEM. The second impression was they sent the wrong part. Third impression was the nuts and bolts where not all the same size as I originally thought. Final impression is looks like new.Explained:Pulled old OEM off 2006 Chevy express cargo, and old was different than new. While scratching my head I realized that the brackets to mount bumper to frame where installed upside down in order to use a smaller box. This is when I found out the nuts used are not all the same size. So after getting a different wrench and flipping the brackets the bumper bolted right in place and looks great. If there had been a note that saved me the hour of head scratching I would have given this 5 stars.

The rear bumper I ordered came with some slight damage. Called the number on the box. A real person answered the call and in a couple minutes had me taken care of. Didnt have to deal with Amazon.As far as the bumper itself. It looks good fit great and took less than an hour to remove my old and put the new one on. It came primered, so before install, I carefully removed the plastic top cap and put a couple coats of Black Semigloss Rustoleum paint on it. Also the outside brackets we installed from the factory upside down, easy fix.

Fit great and looks good. I figured out the brackets right away. Only issue was the plastic ends on the bumper were cracked in shipping.

Almost deducted a Star because it looked like flag bracket orientation was incorrect. Flipped them and they lined right up.Came with New plastic cover and Primary bolts ( not secondary for flag brackets though), and the crush boxes between bumper and frame.Looked so Good I’d give it 6 Stars if I could
