Check your bearing hole and diameter sizes first. There are No included directions. If you look at the picture the screw goes up through one of the five bearing hole sizes and through the correct diameter size cup and into the handle. Then flip it over and put your bearing on top of the bearing holder. I had to screw the 17mm into the 40mm cup to tap the front wheel bearings in. Then I screwed the 20mm into the 47mm cup to tap the rear bearings in. This tool holds the bearings aligned pretty well as you tap them into the wheels. Take your time and check the alignment after every tap as you drive the bearing into the wheel. Worked way better than trying to use the old bearing to drive in the new bearing. No side to side slipping or cocking of the new bearing this way. If you have bearings to install you should give this tool a try.

The tool is simple to assemble and fits a variety of bearings that are common on motorcycles. I had a bearing to replace inside my engine case, and the tool allowed me to quickly install with a mallet. Another bearing needed to be pressed into a housing that could be put on the hydraulic press, and the tool worked perfectly in the press. It is hard to find bearing drivers that are not specifically designed for automotive wheel bearings. This tool was the perfect solution for my project.

Title says it all. Don’t cheap out and buy a tool that will damage your bearings. Pricey but worth it imo.

I damaged multiple bearings trying to use the old socket method. I decided to just get this set and wow. It was so easy to set my bearings properly. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive, but for me it was worth it.
