Seal-Crete Multi-Surface All-Purpose Water Repellent is designed to provide protection for a variety of uncoated vertical or horizontal surfaces using a proprietary water-based formula. I used it on the top course of a Hard Scape wall that was weathering. It seemed to seal it well and at this time I’m satisfied. The test of time will be the deciding factor.

The product is very good but the shipping was not. The first gallon I received was in a plastic bag in a box but it had leaked from the cap, not a lot but enough to leave the inside of the bag wet and the box had wet spots. I ordered two more 5 days ago with a note telling Amazon to make sure the cap was on tight. Both containers were in separate plastic bags that were not closed with any type of twist tie. Again the caps were lose and the product leaked in the bags AND in the box which also contained printer ink cartridges. Luckily the leakage did not get into the ink boxes. I am very upset that my message about tightening the caps meant nothing at all.

I’m not sure how well this works. The item was shipped in a sealed plastic bag inside a cardboard box. There was slight leakage but not enough to really be a problem. As another reviewer noted, the cap was shipped just slightly loose which accounts for the leakage.As far as usage, the directions indicate that it must be used in a temperature range of 50 to 90 degrees, so it seems to be usable for only half the year, and I bought it in the wrong half. Because of that, I haven’t used it yet, and with my project nearing completion I likely never will. I’ve used a different weatherproofer as a substitute.

Have used thsi product before and finde it weasy to apply, easy cleanup of applicators and durable.

Great for sealing old chalky paint on aluminum siding before top coat. Actually it works on any siding or surface. You can also tint it. Read instructions. Great product, been using it for over 25 years.
