This fit my 86 camaro. Should fit most chevy vehicles in this year range. It’s cheaper than the gm original part and seems to be built just as good. It does come with a new pin that holds it to the column itself.These parts typically do not go bad. My original still worked and was not the part I needed but I replaced it anyway
