Frankensled’s two pack tunnel racks are designed with function first and good looks a close second. Our racks are stamped from 1/8” aluminum, and are sand blasted, acid etched and powder coated. 4 – 7/16” aluminum rods are attached at the sides to create a platform that holds either two 1 ¼ gallon (5 liters) gas cans or our mountain dry bag. Our rack keeps your gear off the tunnel allowing the sleds heat exchanger to dissipate unwanted engine heat through the top of the tunnel while keeping your sled’s tunnel looking like new. The rack measures 11.2” long x 15.5” wide. Gas cans and dry bags sold separately. Our kit includes 2 – Stamped side pieces 4 – 7/16” Aluminum rods 8 – Stainless steel button head bolts 4 – 1/4″ Stainless steel carriage bolts 4 – 1/4″ Stainless steel Nyloc nuts 4 – 1/4″ stainless steel washers 1 – ¼” Drill bit 1 – Allen key Installation Instructions Tools required for assembly: For Polaris snowmobiles with the T-slot, a 7/16″ wrench or socket For all other applications without the T-slot, a 7/16″ wrench or socket and a drill Installation time: About 15 easy minutes

Quality product, light weight!

Great product, easy to assemble and install if you have simple shop skills. Looks terrific, very functional. Made in Canada and the US dollar conversion makes it quite affordable.Would be a 5 star review other than the dead slow shipping to the US. I think they tied it to a beaver and pointed it south. Tracked it on line for over three weeks. Plan ahead if you want one I guess.
