Held up good while doing a refresh on my 4l80e

Works well, mounts well but the shaft diameters between the mount & fixtures have a lot of clearance so it’s not the most confidence inspiring/quality fit – but I could just have it mounted backwards and making it worse than it should be. I might print or cut a little pvc sleeve so everything fits in a quality manner.

Works great

The table mounted tube could be a better fit. The cotther pins instead of handles are a bit basic. The threaded rods could have ends similar to those on C clamps to be easier on the transmission case. But, for the price it is a good investment.
Will –
Happy to report this worked with a Ford AOD. I had to buy a longer bolt for the center pin – the included all thread was too short. It’s M16x2 thread. I welded the base to my engine stand and have the trans mounted up now. It’s not as easy to spin as a motor due to the imbalance and lack of a handle, but I got it upside down and ready for teardown without too much fuss.
RPegram –
Works great. Holds a transmission securely.

It’s made a good quality it does what it’s supposed to do. The only thing I didn’t like was the cotter pins that are holding the threaded bolt they could’ve used some kind of handle
Tim –
It holds the transmission. Not much else to say.
