I love my new battery box. While it does require you to put the pieces together, all you need is a Philips Head Screwdriver.Heed the Warning in the Instructions pertaining to fitting the top on to insure it fits. The front and back panels MUST be totally flush with the sides when you are tightening the nuts and bolts. I was so focused on hunkering down on the hardware that I initially failed to take their advice and had to loosen it a bit so the sides did not protrude past the front and back. Once you figure out that the side pieces actually fit on the inside of the front and back pieces, you have accomplished the biggest issue, since the Instructions do not mention whether the curved sides fit inside or outside of the front and back. The supplied small wrench was a life saver, making it extremely easy to tighten the small nuts and bolts. If you have large hands, you might find it a bit awkward to tighten the hardware. One last thing, versus the Instructions, I found it easy to set the four pieces inside of the base and zip tie the top four corners together before trying to secure the nuts and bolts. This is a very sturdy battery box, and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Was really excited when my wife got this for me as a surprise for our camper. Of course it comes in a flat pack box. Peeled all of the protective coating off the metal and started to assemble. The base plate and lid are formed to small and you are not able to assemble it complete. Vevor support has been responsive. Just slow due to the time zone difference. They are working towards making it right.

Seems to be a great sturdy battery box. I took other reviews advice. Hand tighten the screws until you set the lid on top for proper fit. Then tighten all the screws with the wrench. Went together easy. Looks great. Only negative was the pitting and scuffs on the lid under the plastic wrap. I started to pull the plastic off & realized someone didn’t clean the aluminum machining bits off before wrapping the protective plastic. Other than that it’s a great product.

Definitely wouldn’t fit my 12v300ah battery but did manage to find another use for it on my trailer for storage. Would be a solid 5-stars but the hardware isn’t stainless and the screws started to rust after being outside overnight. So another trip and $27 more dollars later for stainless steel hardware and now it’s rust free (hopefully). Come on VEVOR, you don’t skimp on fasteners as everyone should know this.

I had a little trouble with the lid fitting on after assembly. But after filing the corner some it fits perfectly now.

Well made and good quality aluminum. You do need to assemble this ,not to difficult however it comes with a protective film in all the panels and that is difficult to remove, I feel much safer knowing if there was a problem with the battery this will contain it.
